Manager Accounting ServicesThis new position will engage the technical and leadership skills of the successful candidate in the growth and development of the company. The Manager of Accounting Services will lead a small team of professional accountants in Canada who will oversee and ensure the quality of work prepared by our team in Asia. This team will be responsible for the ongoing training and technical training of employees, proactive skills upgrading for professional staff, and the design and implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures. This key Management position will ensure that professional staff are ready to handle the increased volume of work in line with the company's aggressive growth objectives. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years public practice experience and a strong track record in successful relationships and leadership. This position will be particularly interesting for the professional who is looking to be engaged in the decision making processes of the company. The availability to travel internationally is important as well as the willingness to spend an extended period of time working in our offices in Asia during the tax season. Please note: |
