This includes the preparation of financial statements, CaseWare™ working paper files that are completed to your highest standards, finalized corporate income tax returns and client transmittal letter.
Your secure files are assigned to our team of accountants who diligently complete and return your files only after having undergone a comprehensive three level file review by ABACA's Canadian and International Quality Control accounting group.
Files are prepared, reviewed and delivered to you in 10 working days or less and you have secure 24/7 access to our advanced WorkFlow Management System to monitor the progress on any and all engagements.
What we do
For NTR / T2 File Preparation, ABACA:
- Rolls forward your CaseWare file
- Imports GL or TB to CaseWare (according to your preference)
- Performs variance analysis and initial review of general ledger
- Prepares list of Required Documents (RD)
Following receipt of required documents, ABACA
- Completes the compilation working papers, financial statements and T2
- Ensures that all source documents are embedded, linked, cross-referenced and signed-off by ABACA file preparers
- Ensures that all source documents are part of the CaseWare file returned to you.
- Ensures that major accounts are reconciled and/or reasonableness determined
- Ensures inclusion of Continuity schedules for Assets, Inter-Company Accounts and Shareholder accounts
- Ensures that Marketable Securities reconciled to T3 and T5 slips if required or as per your preference
- Provides a completed T2 checklist to facilitate simplified file review
